BPH Tapak Suci UMJ Period 2023/2024 Officially Inaugurated

 The Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah Branch 14 Daily Management Board of the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ) for the 2023/2024 period was officially inaugurated at the KH Auditorium. Mas Mansoer, Monday (30/10/2023). General Chairperson of Tapak Suci (TS) Putera Muhammadiyah Branch 14 UMJ Oloan Syukur Harahap, K.Da., along with the BPH staff were appointed by South Jakarta Regional Leader Eko Santoso, P.Ma., based on Decree No. A-045/PIMDA.47/10/2023.


The inauguration procession was solemnly witnessed by members of TS Putera Muhammadiyah Branch 14 UMJ and representatives of student organizations within UMJ. All BPH staff took an oath to begin their term of office which will last for one year. Farhan Ramadhan, K.Da, General Chair of TS Putera Muhammadiyah Branch 14 UMJ for the 2022/2023 period handed over leadership to Oloan Syukur Harahap, K.Da.

Deputy Chancellor IV UMJ Dr. Septa Candra, MH., was also present and expressed his congratulations to the ranks of BPH TS Putera Muhammadiyah Branch 14 UMJ for the 2023/2024 period. “What was done in the previous period becomes a legacy and historical record. "Achievements must always be maintained, but the cadre level must be clear," said Septa.

According to him, TS UMJ also needs to have a strategy to produce cadres who can continue through the ranks until they get a blue belt. Therefore, Septa directed that BPH ranks can have a program that is directly proportional to creating quality athletes.

On that occasion, Septa also emphasized that Tapak Suci cadres, apart from making achievements, could also develop Al Islam and Muhammadiyah. According to him, to become a quality cadre based on faith, morals and piety as the theme proposed, can be balanced with AIK activities on campus.

In line with Septa, South Jakarta Tapak Suci Regional Leadership Representative Eko Santoso also appreciated the achievements of TS UMJ. "I see that the achievements of TS UMJ are extraordinary. "The hope is that this kind of organizational regeneration can be further improved, it can produce new ideas and innovations for the progress of all of us," said Eko when delivering his speech.

Furthermore, Eko also emphasized that TS UMJ cadres can maintain cadre continuity and achieve sustainable achievements from the local to the national level. "The message from PD South Jakarta, apart from producing outstanding athletes, we also hope that TS UMJ can produce cadres who can continue the work of previous TS cadres," concluded Eko.

The Inauguration Event and Working Meeting which carries the theme of Realizing Quality Regeneration, Solidarity and Integrity Based on Faith and Morals will last until Tuesday, October 31 2023.
